  • FPVCrate does not accept refunds. All sales are final. If you have an issue with a specific product please email us at support@fpvcrate.com 

Shipping Rules

  • No Freight Forwarding Addresses: We do not allow orders to be shipped to freight forwarding addresses. We ship internationally to almost any country in the world.

  • No Hotel Addresses: We do not allow orders to be shipped to hotels. Please provide a permanent street address. 

  • PO Boxes: Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be declined.

  • Refunds: All orders that are declined by us due to any of these rules are voided with your method of payment and the order is canceled.

Shipping within the USA

All orders are being processed through our smart logistics operations in collaboration with DHL and USPS. All monthly subscription boxes ship generally during the 3rd week the of each month. Monthly shipping dates subject to change. Current shipping charges per subscription box are $10.00 (Subject to change without notice). Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically when your box is shipped. 

Shipping to countries outside the USA (International Shipping)

  • ORDERING: Placing an FPVCRATE order is simple! We will automatically detect the country you are accessing our site from and determine if we can ship a box to you. Depending where you live, the system will default to the proper currency for you!
  • SHIPPING CHARGES & FULFILLMENT: If you live outside of the United States, we ship vis DHL where available when shipping charges are within reason and shipping charges may vary from country to country. 
  • Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically when your box is shipped.
